"I’m writing this review on behalf of our realtor, Stephanie Nash. She both helped us purchase our new home and sell our prior home this past April in Woodside, CA. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to local market trends, recent comparable sales, and current inventory. And she does an excellent job educating a new home seller or buyer. At the beginning of our search, she provided comprehensive data reflecting home prices and value in our area, comps, historical home sales, and a full spectrum of available homes on the market. She sat with my husband and me on numerous occasions assisting us with a careful review of all information so we could make an informed decision on a price point for our listing. There was not one unanswered phone call or email, sometimes multiple times per day. From onset to close her commitment and involvement never wavered. Her approach is compassionate, proactive, and thorough. She knows how to appropriately insert herself and her opinion and when to hold back. She checks in with you along the way to make sure she is providing the information needed. She is incredibly resourceful and has a vast Rolodex of relevant vendors and relationships that allow an easy introduction to these vendors. At one point in the process, we were on a family vacation in Mexico. She reached out to us to let us know we had an offer on our home. The party making the offer was aggressive and wanted an answer immediately. She did a masterful job of managing both sides of the process. She was respectful and made sure we enjoyed the day with our family and scheduled times to reconnect later in the day. She helped make an otherwise stressful, time-sensitive situation more relaxing and worry-free. This is just one of many examples of how Stephanie’s experience and ability to work with a wide variety of people, personalities, and different facets of the home buying process makes the experience a pleasant one. Hands down, Stephanie is a step above the rest. Luckily, we found Stephanie via Zillow, she immediately responded to our request to tour a home on that very same day! Now that's what I call, responsive and professional! Once we met her, we realized that she was exactly what we'd been looking for in a realtor. She had the experience and knowledge we needed as first-time homebuyers in an extremely hot market, especially when our search area covered properties within SF and the coast side. two of the most difficult housing markets in the Bay Area right now. Adding on to the challenge, we used an FHA loan. Stephanie had the necessary knowledge of the current market and enthusiasm that we needed to stick with the difficult search.
